It’s not too late to go to the Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville, Kentucky.

Every year that I’ve gone, I’ve learned a lot, met a lot of people – old friends and new – and came away impressed and inspired by others in the trucking field.

Grand Ole Opry honoree Craig Morgan’s concert looks like a winner this year, but that seminar on Saturday at  12:30 PM about starting a trucking company with Sherry Leigh of
Apex Capital would certainly have me in the audience.

Ok, I admit it, I’d go and look at the PKY Truck Beauty Championship too.  Who doesn’t love looking at beautiful trucks?

It’s only 2 weeks away from today… I really do want to go.  I bet you do too.

Tickets now cost $10, but it would be money worth spent to me.

Not a Trucker Yet?  Mid-America Trucking Show Is Still a Place to Go

Even if you’re not a trucker yet – just still thinking about making the leap or getting started as an owner-operation – the Mid-America Trucking Show is a great place to start.  Just step into the exhibition hall and take a look at all the amazing things that are out there to help you become a successful driver.  The seminars look good and educational, but by far the best part will be meeting experienced drivers with millions of miles on the road.  Strike up a conversation and you’ll learn far more than you’ll ever learn from Google or Twitter.  The real secrets about trucking come out over coffee after lunch, so be sure to set aside enough time to sit down and chat.
